Senior Treasury Manager 工作职责Main Responsibilities 1、根据上市公司整体运营情况，编制整体资金需求预测，在符合财务及监管要求下，合理安排各公司资金调拨，提升资金使用率； According to the overall operation of the listed company, prepare the overall fund demand forecast, reasonably arrange the fund transfer of each company under the financial and regulatory requirements, and enhance the funding utilization rate. 2、负责国内外资金渠道的拓展与维护，与金融机构保持良好合作关系，进行渠道分析与风险控制； Responsible for the development and maintenance of domestic and international funding channels, maintaining good cooperation with financial institutions, and conducting channel analysis and risk control. 3、搜集、分析、研究金融政策变化，掌握监管动态，根据资金预算及需求，及时结合，运用到公司日常活动中，保证公司的资金周转； Collect, analyze and study changes in financial policies, grasp regulatory developments, combine them in a timely manner and apply them to the company's daily activities according to the funding budget and demand, and ensure the company's fund turnover. 4、负责外汇管理，合理利用套期工具，规避汇率波动对公司经营造成的汇兑损失； Responsible for foreign currency management, use hedging tools to avoid FX loss. 5、集团资金管理制度搭建等； Responsible for the construction of the group's fund management system, etc. 6、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by leaders. 岗位要求Job requirements 1、金融、财务或相关专业，本科学历及以上； Bachelor's degree in accounting/Finance or other relatives. 2、5年以上跨国公司全球资金管理工作经验或10年以上大型银行国际业务部工作经验; Minimum 5 years working experience in international fund management in multinational company or Minimum 10 years working experience in large Bank's International Business Department. 3、具备比较流利的英语沟通能力； Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 4、熟悉银行运作流程、国际结算、外汇风险及现金流管理； Familiar with bank operation process, international settlement, foreign exchange risk and cash flow management.
