1. 负责测试仪器设备的安装、调试、维护、维修、测试过程仪器问题处理。

   Responsible for test instruments setup, test, maintenance，repair, and troubleshooting for test instruments during test.

2. 负责仪器设备管理流程的开发、维护和管理, 负责仪器设备的使用维护指导性文件的编制和维护。

   Responsible for instruments management procedure development, update and management，responsible for test instruments operation manual or guide development and maintenance.

3. 负责测试仪器设备的发展，包括标准测试仪器设备的采购、辅助测试元器件（辅助接头、支架、简易测试工装）的设计与制作。

   Responsible for test instruments development, including standard test instruments, auxiliary test instruments design and manufacturing, such as adapter, bracket, simple test fixture etc.

4. 参与NPI/ANPI/NTI产品的试验与验证，包括仪器的安装、数据的采集、数据的分析、报告和改进性建议

   Participate the NPI/ANPI/NTI validation test according to the test plan and test procedure requirements, including test instruments setup, test execution and data acquirement, data reduction and analysis, reporting out test result, necessary improvement comments
